We are more than a company—we are a community of creative and passionate professionals striving toward a shared vision: revolutionizing how the mining industry operates. ### **Job Purpose** To provide administrative and operational support to Human Resources and Safety processes, ensuring accurate information management, timely employee assistance, coordination with clients, and compliance with internal procedures—contributing to the smooth functioning of activities. ### **Travel Requirements** None ### **Job Duties and Responsibilities** * Manage administrative processes required for personnel onboarding and access to mining operations, including mobilizations, pass issuance, accreditations, and other client-mandated entry requirements. * Coordinate scheduling and tracking of mandatory trainings, certifications, occupational health assessments, and medical examinations, ensuring compliance with mining clients’ requirements for site access. * Provide administrative support and coordination for Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) processes, supporting adherence to internal and client standards. * Prepare Human Resources reports and maintain up-to-date management dashboards, ensuring availability of reliable, timely, and accurate information for decision-making. * Administer and monitor key Human Resources performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. * Coordinate general office services and vendor management—including cleaning, recurring procurement, catering, and other operational support services—in alignment with business needs. * Support administrative processes related to vendors, including quotation management, vendor creation in the system, ticket generation, and purchase order requests. * Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing new employee orientation and onboarding processes to facilitate effective organizational integration. * Coordinate and track activities outlined in the Annual Training Plan, ensuring proper execution and documentation. * Support implementation, administration, and monitoring of Human Resources programs and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. * Coordinate and support integration, wellness, training, and corporate events to foster employee engagement and positive workplace experience. ### **Required Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in administrative support roles within Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, or related functions—preferably in mining companies or mining industry suppliers. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Power BI. * Knowledge and experience in personnel onboarding processes for mining clients will be considered an asset. * Intermediate level of English. * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer orientation. ### **Desired Skills** **Personal Leadership: Developing Personal Effectiveness** **Personal Leadership: Leading Performance** Leveraging Feedback Adaptability Growth Mindset **Personal Leadership: Business Management** Safety Focus Customer Orientation Innovation Management Work **Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** At Komatsu, we come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique perspectives, experiences, and contributions.
