Position Summary: Manage SUNAFIL-related requests, draft defense statements, collect information for judicial proceedings, analyze and manage disciplinary actions, respond to notarial letters, and prepare employment contracts. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—and form part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** Manage SUNAFIL-related requests for group companies. Similarly, draft defense statements and other impugning documents. Collect required information and/or documentation from law firms for judicial proceedings, following technical evaluation. Analyze and manage disciplinary processes for group employees (warnings, suspensions, and dismissals). Respond to notarial letters concerning labor matters. Prepare and review employment contracts (new contracts, renewals, and amendments). Answer labor-related inquiries, provide recommendations to internal clients, and support improvements to internal processes and policies. Other similar duties as assigned by the Employer or hierarchical supervisor based on business needs and requirements. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree or professional title in Law. 1–2 years of experience in similar roles related to Labor Law. Courses or specializations in Labor Law.
