Improve equipment availability DESCRIPTION **KSR Global** is currently searching for a **Maintenance Superintendent** for a major polymetallic mining operation. We seek a professional with solid experience in **mining and concentrator plant maintenance**, capable of leading and reorganizing maintenance management, strengthening asset reliability, and improving equipment availability. Position Challenge: The primary challenge of this role is to **organize and/or reorganize the maintenance department, enhance asset reliability, improve equipment availability, and support the commissioning and stabilization of the plant**. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields**. * Minimum **10 years of experience** in industrial or mining maintenance. * Minimum **5 years in leadership positions** in maintenance for underground mining operations. * Experience in **trackless equipment and polymetallic concentrator plant maintenance**. * Experience managing **maintenance OPEX and CAPEX**. * Knowledge of **RCM, RCA, FMEA/FMECA, and criticality analysis**. * Proficiency in **CMMS / SAP PM**. * Knowledge of **MTBF, MTTR, availability, and reliability**. * Willingness to work under a **14x7 schedule at the mining unit**
