Professional development based on performance **Mechanical Technician \- Andaychagua Mining Unit** At Automotriz Central del Perú, we are seeking 03 **Mechanical Technicians** to join our operations team at **MINING UNITS \- Andaychagua**, focused on inspection, diagnosis, and maintenance of heavy-duty trucks, in compliance with quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform equipment inspections according to manufacturer protocols. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy-duty trucks. * Comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management — SSOMA — requirements, procedures, and guidelines. * Prepare technical reports detailing required work on units, including tools and spare parts to be used. * Provide evidence, photographs, parameters, and other records for preparation of technical reports. * Conduct diagnostics under the guidance of ACP \- Volvo specialized technicians. **Requirements:** * Mechanical Technician, Automotive Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or related field. * 5 years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance within mining operations. * 2 years of experience in powertrain repair. * 2 years of experience in automotive workshop management. * Experience with Volvo units is desirable. * Availability to work in mining operations. **Competencies:** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Responsibility and commitment. * Attention to detail. * Orientation toward safety and service quality. **Benefits:** * Opportunity to join a solid company in the automotive sector. * Training aligned with job requirements. * Professional development based on performance. * Positive work environment and teamwork.
