Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Procurement Analyst to manage procurement, inventory control, and logistics flow for an industrial hardware company. Key Highlights: 1. Manages procurement and inventory control to ensure operational continuity. 2. Executes purchase orders and coordinates material receipt/shipment. 3. Proposes warehouse process improvements and generates logistics KPIs. ***Job Description:*** We are a Peruvian company dedicated to providing comprehensive fluid conveyance solutions. We manufacture, import, and distribute high-quality products for sectors including mining, construction, agro-industry, fisheries, and general industry. We are currently seeking ***01 Logistics and Procurement Analyst.*** ***Job Mission:*** To manage the industrial hardware company’s procurement, inventory control, and logistics flow, ensuring optimal stock levels, appropriate lead times, and operational continuity. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Monitor inventory and minimum stock levels. * Execute purchase orders and follow up with suppliers. * Coordinate material receipt, storage, and shipment. * Analyze inventory turnover and prevent stockouts. * Support logistics and procurement cost evaluation. * Maintain updated information in the ERP/WMS system. * Prepare logistics reports for decision-making. * Conduct cyclic inventory counts and participate in physical audits. * Classify products using ABC analysis for effective inventory management. * Identify slow-moving items and propose write-offs or liquidation. * Coordinate distribution routes with in-house or third-party transport. * Generate logistics performance indicators (service levels, lead times, turnover). * Support supplier negotiations on pricing and delivery timelines. * Propose improvements to warehouse layout, picking, and processes. * Provide support for other functions related to the department. ***Requirements:*** * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or inventory management, preferably in the industrial hardware sector. ***Knowledge:*** Inventory control and management, warehouse processes, ERP and logistics systems operation, intermediate-level Excel proficiency. ***We Offer:*** * MYPE payroll registration. * Breakfast or snacks for all employees. * A birthday leave day for each employee. ***Working Hours:*** ***Monday to Friday:*** 08:15 AM \- 05:45 PM ***Saturdays:*** 8:15 AM \- 12:30 PM ***Work Location:*** CARABAYLLO \- LIMA. ***IMPORTANT: Must reside in NORTH LIMA*** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * ARE YOU CURRENTLY STUDYING? * WHAT IS YOUR SALARY EXPECTATION? * IN WHICH DISTRICT DO YOU CURRENTLY RESIDE? * HOW OLD ARE YOU?
