Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform quality inspections and controls on metal-mechanical products, ensuring compliance with standards and proper functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in quality control and assurance of metal-mechanical products. 2. Management of non-conformities to optimize the production process. 3. Dimensional, visual inspection and testing of manufactured parts. Peruvian metal-mechanical company specializing in providing comprehensive solutions for design, supply, and manufacturing of all types of steel structures, boilerworks, and spools, as well as electromechanical installations, for large-scale mining, energy, oil & gas, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. REQUIREMENTS \- Graduate or technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields. \- Availability to work in Lurin. \- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading and welding symbols. \- Level 2 certification in non-destructive testing using liquid penetrants and visual inspection. \- Two years of experience in similar positions and three years in manufacturing, metal-mechanical, or related companies. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Perform inspections and controls according to the schedule designated by the immediate supervisor. \- Conduct dimensional, visual inspection and testing of parts manufactured in-house and by suppliers to verify the good condition of purchased products. · \- Perform assembly control and technical testing of equipment assembled by the assembly department to ensure proper functionality. · \- Manage product non-conformities to enable continuation of the production process. · \- Perform dimensional, visual inspection and testing of parts manufactured in-house to verify the good condition of purchased products.
