Requirements * Degree holder and licensed in Mining Engineering. * Proven experience in mechanized (Trackless) underground mining operations. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams underground. * Knowledge of planning, production, drilling, and blasting. * Experience in resource management, cost control, and achievement of operational KPIs. * Knowledge of mining safety regulations and risk management. Responsibilities * Manage and supervise underground mining operations. * Ensure achievement of production, safety, and quality targets. * Manage human resources, equipment, and materials for the operation. * Control operating costs and optimize productivity. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational continuity. * Implement continuous improvement actions in mining processes. * Prepare management reports and monitor KPIs.
