Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed and registered Electrical Engineer with mining experience to lead electrical design across various project phases and apply AI for design optimization and data analysis. Licensed and registered professional engineer. * Minimum 8\-10 years of experience in engineering firms, leading electrical design for mining. * Proven experience leading the electrical discipline across multiple study phases. * Electrical standards (NEC, NTC, IEEE). * Strong teamwork skills. **Job Description**: * Lead, review, execute, and sign off on discipline deliverables during PFS, FS, Basic, and Detailed design phases. * Define design philosophies and technical criteria for different project phases. * Perform and validate advanced electrical studies (Arc Flash, Power Quality) using ETAP. * Promote and implement AI and data analytics tools for: Automatic optimization of power network designs. * Predictive failure analysis for power systems. * Intelligent operational data analysis to improve designs. * Manage technical interfaces with clients and vendors. * Mentor engineering teams and foster innovation. * Provide high-level technical support during construction. * Willingness to travel to mining sites. **Other Requirements**: * Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced Excel with macros), Word, and PowerPoint. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Project for project tracking. * Experience applying programming (Python, SQL) and AI/ML tools within the discipline.
