Atypical work schedule at Minera Quellaveco A leading environmental monitoring consulting firm is seeking top talent to fill the position of: SSOMA Supervisor **Requirements:** \- Degree holder and registered professional in Industrial Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering \- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles within the mining industry \- Specialization in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment specific to the mining industry \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office \- Availability to work under an atypical schedule (8x6\) at Minera Quellaveco \- Valid Quellaveco accreditation **Responsibilities:** **1\.** Conduct safety training sessions in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Program. **2\.** Update the Risk Map, RISST, and Safety Policy. **3\.** Develop and monitor KPIs for occupational health and safety. **4\.** Notify, investigate, and report incidents, near-misses, and workplace accidents. **5\.** Deliver 5-minute safety talks to operational and administrative staff as needed. **6\.** Conduct unannounced field and office inspections. **7\.** Monitor and support compliance with the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Program, as well as approved plans and programs. **8\.** Prepare PETS, procedures, instructions, etc. **9\.** Manage PPE inventory and request renewals. **10\.** Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000.00 \- S/.4,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
