Position Summary: A company in the fire protection and industrial safety sector is seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for its operations team, responsible for supervising compliance with the SSOMA Plan and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervising compliance with the SSOMA Plan and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations 2. Conducting safety inspections and documentary control 3. Investigating incidents and preparing SSOMA management reports **A company in the fire protection and industrial safety sector is seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to join its operations team.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with the SSOMA Plan and applicable Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations in projects * Conduct safety inspections * Verify use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Control operational documents (ATS, PETS, work permits) * Deliver training sessions and inductions * Investigate incidents and near-misses * Prepare SSOMA management reports and indicators **Requirements:** * Degree: Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or related field (technical or university degree holder) * Postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) (preferred) * **Experience:** 3 years in the field, including at least 2 years as an SSOMA Supervisor * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency Workplace: On-site employment
