Job Summary:
A professionally certified Environmental Engineer or related discipline professional to manage occupational safety and health, and supervise field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage occupational safety and health (SSOMA).
2. Supervise field activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Investigate incidents and manage continuous process improvement.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Certified and registered with the relevant professional association
* Environmental, Industrial Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 06 months of work experience after professional registration in areas related to the duties of this position
**FUNCTIONS:**
* Manage requirements, authorization, and delivery of PPE.
* Conduct 5-minute safety talks at the start of work and plan them monthly.
* Administer the safety plan and program.
* Manage the company's solid waste evaluation.
* Prepare daily activity, incident, and working hours reports.
* Update management tools.
* Resolve safety anomalies affecting activity execution.
* Ensure and conduct appropriate investigations of accidents and incidents within the organization.
* Monitor SSOMA management indicators and update the results matrix.
* Participate in document control activities for the OHSMS in accordance with Law No. 29783 and its Regulation.
* Participate in field OHS inspections and report observations.
* Supervise order and cleanliness in the field.
* Develop and update IPERC matrices.
* Update the RISST.
* Manage and supervise field activity execution.

Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.3,500.00 per month
