Preparation of reports and training. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic initiation process for blasting to ensure correct detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Perform blast design, programming, connection, verification, charging, and detonation. * Collect information from the blasting process and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, support for downstream post-blast result tracking, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct training on products and their properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing requirements and expectations. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of mining experience preferred. * Mining Technician or related field degree. * Knowledge of blasting processes preferred. * Class A2b or A1 driver's license (3 years old) preferred.
