Job Summary:
Manage transportation and distribution logistics for goods, explosives, and materials to meet the timely and efficient demand of mining customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage transportation and distribution logistics for goods.
2. Coordinate shipments and meetings with key departments regarding demand and inventory.
3. Conduct visits and vendor qualifications to improve and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Objective:
Manage transportation and distribution logistics for goods, explosives, and related materials from various logistics centers to our primary mining customers, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of their demand in compliance with internal and external standards and applicable legislation.
**Responsibilities:**
* Execute planned shipments in coordination with other departments.
* Hold meetings with transportation companies to review topics related to safety and efficiency in the distribution chain.
* Schedule meetings with Operations, Production, Inventory, and Commercial departments to review demand and consumption of explosives by our key customers, thereby defining upcoming deliveries required to replenish mine inventory.
* Carry out vendor qualification processes for transportation companies across different mining units.
* Conduct visits to various mining units to identify improvement opportunities and address the needs of our external customers.
* Conduct technical visits to carriers’ bases to inspect their processes, infrastructure, and vehicle fleet to ensure high-quality service delivery to our end customers.
* Maintain contact and effective communication with internal and external customers to deliver high-quality service.
* Monitor product transit to ensure on-time and proper delivery to the end customer as required, and report any incidents occurring during this process.
* Represent the company in meetings with internal and external customers.
* Create open forums with colleagues to develop new ideas and working methods, foster teamwork, listen to their requirements and needs, recognize achievements, and promote accountability.

* Provide training and feedback to transportation providers on logistics processes, new procedures, and regulations governing the entire distribution chain.
* Develop and manage the weekly shipment schedule and forward it to the warehouse for appropriate handling.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain department
* Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Transportation, or related fields
* Transportation fleet administration and planning
* Management control indicators
* Knowledge of logistics processes
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft and SAP
