The objective of the position is to carry out finishing tasks with precision and commitment, guaranteeing quality, presentation, and compliance with established standards in each process. **Main responsibilities:** * Register and verify customer information * Collect payment from customers * Verify delivered products according to the sales receipt * Confirm izipay vouchers with issued receipts and register them in the system * Must file and organize issued receipts with their corresponding vouchers * Inform customers about exchange and return policies * For STORE PICKUP orders: Verify that products match the order and receipt and/or invoice * Assist in receiving merchandise * Assist in store merchandising * Participate in the store cleaning schedule * Download detailed sales report and total IZIPAY sales and cross-check with issued receipts (Daily cash closing) * Record incidents in Drive for sales accounting control and audit purposes **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary school; technical education in cash handling and/or first-cycle students in accounting or business administration * **Experience:** 6 months in similar positions **Desired skills:** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office * Knowledge of ERP systems * Customer service, payment handling (cards, POS), cash counting and reconciliation, filing, security procedures; comprehensive store management (sales, inventory, customer service, logistics) **Benefits:** * Immediate payroll inclusion from the first day **(General Regime)** * Benefits as per labor law * Market-competitive salary * Professional growth opportunities within a growing company * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Apply now and become part of a company committed to quality and continuous improvement!
