Position Summary: We are seeking personnel to execute and/or deliver technical knowledge on heavy machinery operation, ensuring efficient and safe equipment usage. Key Highlights: 1. Execute and/or train on the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery 2. Participate in basic maintenance and equipment inspections 3. Continuously update knowledge of sector technologies and procedures **HEAVY MACHINERY OPERATION – FLEXIBLE MODALITY** A Higher Education School is seeking personnel for the Operations/Technical area, for the position of **Heavy Machinery Operation**. * Modality: In-person and virtual. * Schedule: Flexible (hourly, part-time, or full-time, depending on availability) **1\. POSITION OBJECTIVE:** *Execute and/or deliver technical knowledge* on heavy machinery operation, ensuring efficient equipment usage under safety and quality standards. **2\. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute and/or train on the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery. * Perform equipment operation, control, and supervision activities. * Apply occupational safety and health regulations. * Participate in basic maintenance and equipment inspection processes. * Prepare technical reports on machinery usage and condition. * Stay updated on sector technologies and procedures. **3\. POSITION REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Qualification:** * Certified technician or graduate in Heavy Machinery Operation, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy machinery operation or maintenance. * Courses and Specializations (minimum accumulated 40 hours) In one or more of the following areas: * Scheduled maintenance * Electricity and electronics * Engine repair * Occupational safety and health * Hydraulics and pneumatics * Automotive or heavy equipment mechanics **4\. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Heavy machinery operation. * Basic maintenance and equipment diagnostics. * Industrial safety and hygiene. * Sector-specific technical procedures. **5\.
