




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, staff, and ensure excellent service while managing inventories and finances. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise staff work to ensure excellent service 2. Monitor inventories and closing stock levels 3. Manage the restaurant's daily operations We are currently recruiting (01) RESTAURANT MANAGER for the SMP district in Canta, Callao, and Alisos. REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in this position (must provide a work certificate). \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Gastronomy, Restaurant Management, or related fields. \- Valid health certificate. \- Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Maintain all required forms up to date. \- Monitor and reconcile closing stock levels. \- Supervise staff work to ensure compliance with our standard of excellent service. \- Report any repairs or maintenance required at the premises. \- Conduct monthly inventory of the entire store. \- Set work schedules for subordinates. \- Supervise that app-based and delivery orders are handled within established timeframes. \- Make bank deposits at the end of each shift. \- Maintain control and reporting of petty cash and cash fund.
