On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Junior Architect Builder**\* to join a prominent** corporate holding\* located in **Arequipa**. If you are passionate about architecture, innovation, and developing impactful projects—and wish to gain experience participating in initiatives that integrate design, sustainability, and technology—this is an excellent opportunity to advance your professional growth. **Job Objective** To participate in the design and development of innovative architectural projects by integrating Artificial Intelligence tools, research, and sustainability criteria to transform ideas into viable, high-impact proposals. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop architectural proposals for residential, hospitality, commercial, and wellness-oriented spaces. * Prepare conceptual drawings, architectural plans, and basic technical documentation. * Conduct preliminary quantity take-offs and material estimates for projects. * Research materials, construction systems, and innovative solutions applicable to each project. * Analyze national and international architectural, hospitality, urban planning, and wellness references. * Investigate trends enabling optimization of costs, execution timelines, and construction quality. * Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to support architectural design, generation of conceptual renders, visualizations, and presentations. * Propose new methodologies, technologies, and tools to improve productivity and design process quality. * Collaborate with Civil Engineering, Biology, Agronomy, and other disciplines involved in project development. * Actively participate in the conceptualization and development of new real estate projects. **Qualifications** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Knowledge of architectural design, graphic representation, and drawing preparation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software. * Interest in or experience using Artificial Intelligence tools applied to design and productivity. * Basic knowledge of quantity take-offs, materials, and construction processes. * Preferred interest in sustainable architecture, landscape architecture, and wellness-oriented design. **Behavioral Competencies** * Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning. * Creativity and innovation. * Research and analytical capability. * Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. * Proactivity and initiative. * Organization and time management. * Results orientation. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Adaptability to new technologies. **Working Conditions** * Work mode: On-site. * Location: Arequipa. * Schedule: Full-time. * Targeted at graduates or junior architects seeking to build a career path in innovative projects. **We Offer** * Participation in high-impact and innovative architectural projects. * Opportunity to work with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to architecture. * Continuous learning and professional mentoring. * Career path development in real estate and innovation projects. * Excellent working environment focused on growth, creativity, and continuous improvement. *Awaken your potential!* Workplace: On-site employment
