As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts who drive sustainable development and deliver solutions to the world’s greatest challenges—such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Job Description** Mission: Coordinate, record, and provide technical\-operational support for the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the OHS Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations, organizational standards, and mitigation of risks in construction operations. **Candidate Requirements** ACCIONA, for its CONSTRUCTION business unit, is seeking an OHS ASSISTANT for the Chinchero International Airport Control Tower project in Cusco. **Responsibilities:** * Inspection Support: Conduct periodic occupational safety and health inspections, reporting substandard conditions and acts. * Document Management: Maintain up-to-date and organized archives of mandatory records required by the Management System (formats and adherence to standards). * Safety Statistics: Consolidate monthly OHS data for KPI development. * Training and Awareness: Support execution and scheduling of daily trainings, inductions, and project-specific training sessions. * PPE Control: Supervise provision, use, stock levels, and condition of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective measures on site. * Incident Investigation and Reporting: Collect preliminary data and information following incidents or accidents to prepare corresponding reports. * Follow-up on Corrective and Preventive Actions arising from audits, inspections, and the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (OSH Committee). * IPERC Matrix: Actively participate in updating the IPERC Matrix for construction activities. * OSH Committee: Support logistics, minutes preparation, and follow-up on agreements reached by the OSH Committee. * Subcontractor Oversight: Review and monitor subcontractor companies’ compliance with documentation submission requirements (e.g., SCTR, PPE delivery, training records, KPIs, etc.). * Other duties as assigned by the OHS Manager. **Required Profile** **Academic Qualifications / Experience:** * Degree-holding Engineer in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Occupational Hygiene and Safety. * 1–2 years’ experience providing support, assistance, or supervision in OHS within construction projects, engineering works, mining, or industrial sectors. **Basic Knowledge:** * Foundational knowledge of occupational safety and health. * Management of training records, inductions, and toolbox talks. * Physical and digital document control. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and archiving tools. * Familiarity with current legal regulations: Law No. 29783, Supreme Decree No. 005\-2012\-TR, Standard G050, ISO 45001\.
