As a Strategy & Business Design Consultant at Deloitte, you will support the development of studies and projects related to strategic transformations, digital strategy and innovation, organic growth, and business design and configuration. This involves conducting analyses to identify transformation and growth opportunities ("Where to compete?" and "How to compete?"), as well as identifying core capabilities required to enable growth across various industries. By analyzing data and client needs surrounding business challenges, you will recognize key integration and/or improvement points. You will apply specific and relevant knowledge of strategy and business design to execute solutions effectively against the standard solution plan. You will develop your analytical, problem-solving, research, high-level data analysis, and creative skills, and support report development. You will join multicultural and dynamic teams that enable your holistic development within the Firm, complemented by support from your project leaders, advisory processes, and the tools and guidelines provided to you. What do you need to apply? * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * 0–2 years of experience in business analysis and/or business units, financial analysis, and digital, innovation, or Agile development projects. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Tools: Microsoft Office Suite; Tableau is desirable. * Skills: Analytical ability, effective communication, organization, adaptability, results orientation, commitment to high quality standards, negotiation, problem solving, and enthusiasm for technology.
