We are seeking an **EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION ASSISTANT** to join the Votorantim Center of Excellence team in the **DHO** area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify employment documents of both companies and workers. * Provide support for inquiries regarding use of the Rainbow system. * Train contractors on the employment verification process. * Propose and implement improvements to the verification process. * Support other service lines within the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience: 1 year as an assistant. * Specialization: Labor regulations and People Management or HR (preferred). * Language: Basic Portuguese (preferred), Basic English (preferred). * IT Skills: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office. * Others: Power BI; experience with payroll calculations, AFP, and PLAME. **Additional Information** * **Medical Assistance Insurance:** EPS medical insurance for you and your dependents, per company policy, with employee co-payment based on the chosen healthcare provider. * **Mandatory Life Insurance:** Effective from Day 1 of employment. * **Remote Work Benefit:** For greater flexibility, you may opt for partial remote work (Hybrid model). * **Workplace Gymnastics:** Physical activities conducted at the office. * **Birthday Day Off:** During your birthday month, you’ll receive one day off to disconnect, enjoy yourself, and celebrate your birthday.
