Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate FTTH Project Coordinator (Overlap) with expertise in project management, technological innovation, and teamwork for network deployment. Key Highlights: 1. Manage FTTH network deployment projects, coordinating teams and customers. 2. Lead coordination of vertical FTTH projects and access management. 3. We are currently seeking top talent for the role of **FTTH Project Coordinator (Overlap).** If you are passionate about project management, technological innovation, and teamwork, this opportunity is for you. ✅ Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate building access. * Assign daily work plans to field access managers. * Track and update the workload pool. * Provide status updates to CLARO customer. * Conduct internal coordination with support departments (LOGISTICS \- DESIGN \- LEGAL \- CIVIL WORKS). * Coordinate with contractors for execution of vertical FTTH projects. * Ensure required permits and access rights are obtained for implementation. * Present workload tracking statistics, control metrics, and future projections. * Handle decision-making situations considering escalation levels. * Ensure and retain customers by guaranteeing project viability. * Maintain full control over the assignment pool. Required Profile: * Graduate in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience managing similar projects. * Knowledge of FTTH network deployment with CLARO customer. * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or others). * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills.
