Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and/or oversee the development of comprehensive water balance models for the mining sector using GoldSim. * Participate in meetings with clients and authorities to support studies conducted. * Develop and/or oversee the development of technical baseline reports in climate, meteorology, and hydrology disciplines for Environmental Management Instruments (EMIs): EIA, EIS, DIA, ITS, among others. * Propose and implement service improvement ideas or innovation proposals within their area. * Participate in developing area-specific proposals and business development for services related to their specialty. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Licensed and registered professional, preferably in Civil Engineering or Fluid Mechanics Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. * Experience in water resources consulting for mining projects is desirable. * Strong experience using GoldSim for water balance modeling in mining projects (minimum 12 years). * Participation in designs of simple hydraulic engineering structures (e.g., ponds, channels, spillways) is desirable. * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams is desirable. * Proficiency in programming languages and databases is desirable. * Intermediate-level English proficiency is desirable. \#Peru \#LI\-LT1 \#LI\-Hybrid **Primary Location** PE\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 12**Job Posting** Apr 15, 2026, 12:41:05 PM
