Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify contractors’ compliance with their obligations regarding works, activities, and control in terms of schedule, productivity, and progress. * Process client engineering/design timelines to support the schedule and planning prepared by contractors. * Review the baseline submitted by contractors, which must align with the terms established in contractual annexes. * Quantify and report progress of work execution and productivity across various projects. * Provide the client with planning, scheduling, and specific quantity information as required, using the required coding. * Monitor and report, based on information provided by contractors, schedule forecasts—including changes and updates to quantities—using the client’s coding structure. * Conduct forecasts based on baseline schedules and/or updates submitted by contractors, taking into account actual execution performance to achieve a holistic view of the program and estimate probable completion dates for each contract within WSP’s scope. * Establish time measurement and control mechanisms for additional works requested by the client. * Record, estimate, and review all trends (deviations) that may increase project cost and duration, and manage such information and reporting to the client promptly via TREND Logs. * A weekly “Trend Meeting” will be held, during which WSP presents all recorded and analyzed information, with participation from construction and engineering departments.
