Requirements: * Student in final semesters or graduate of Technical Professional Program in Computing and Informatics or related fields. * Knowledge of PC assembly, maintenance, and repair. * Basic/intermediate programming skills, ideally with experience in: Python (automation and scripting), HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript (web interaction), SQL (queries and database management), and networking fundamentals: configuration, cabling, and connectivity. * Technical English at reading level (speaking it is a plus!). * (Desirable) Knowledge of low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. * (Desirable) Knowledge of ITIL, ability to deliver technical support and service desk assistance. * Alignment with our values: belief in purpose-driven enterprises and passion for promoting them, along with a strong commitment to equity and inclusion. Responsibilities: * Serve as the first point of contact for providing technical support to our internal users. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Participate in hardware and software installation and configuration. * Collaborate on process automation using low-code tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate. * Document procedures and progress for the IT department. * Contribute to technological innovation and infrastructure projects.
