Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform resource planning. * Alert stakeholders of potential service change orders. * Prepare the monthly manpower plan. * Provide preliminary contract reports. * Provide weekly project controls reports. * Manage the NCRs \& RFI log. * Prepare reports and justifications for time extensions. * Prepare close-out reports. * Monitor work progress. * Estimate change orders. * Prepare proposals for new RDS to the contract. * Support preparation of Payment Status Reports (EDP). * Support justification of EDPs to the client. * Assist in contractual meetings and prepare meeting minutes. * Participate in technical team meetings. * Support control and monitoring of project control requirements within the area. * Draft technical progress reports for projects. * Support administration of resources across projects. * Support preparation of proposals. * Support development of project schedules and budgets. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in performing assigned activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles and/or functions, including internships or traineeships in mining and/or engineering. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and English is desirable. * Intermediate-level knowledge of cost management software—such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera—is desirable. \#LI\-GV1 \#Perú **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 1**Job Posting** Aug 13, 2026, 6:16:32 PM
