Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage quality, scheduling, documentation, and logistics in the telecommunications sector. Key Highlights: 1. We have established ourselves as a leading company in the industry, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * **Quality:** Review and control of matrices, project validation, documentation management for CR issuance, payment updates, and coordination with internal departments for approvals. * **Scheduling:** Coordination of technical visits (installations and faults), information registration in systems, and escalation of cases for proper handling. * **Documentation:** Development of flowcharts, reports, dashboards, and process management related to telephone lines. * **Logistics:** Inventory control, tracking of shipments and returns, contractor monitoring, and equipment regularization in systems. **What We Are Looking For:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Course/knowledge of process mapping * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions * Advanced Excel * Power BI \- intermediate * Software for flowchart development * Financial knowledge \& related software * Knowledge of management indicators * Financial project planning and control * Project costs and budgeting * Availability to work hybrid, Monday \- Saturday, 8:00 \- 19:00 (rotating schedule, fulfilling 48 hours per week) **What We Value:** * Commitment to work quality * Teamwork * Flexibility and adaptability * Results orientation * Innovation and creativity **What We Offer:** * Full payroll registration from day one * Access to corporate agreement discounts * Free certified training * Birthday leave * Hybrid work modality * Opportunity for professional growth
