Pastry Chef – Miraflores Workshop At Patty Bakery, since 1992 we have been using traditional recipes to sweeten our customers’ days. We are seeking a Pastry Chef to lead our production workshop in Miraflores. Key Responsibilities \- Organize and supervise daily production of cakes, desserts, and special orders. \- Ensure workshop order, cleanliness, and food safety by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. \- Verify correct preparation of products according to recipes and quality standards. \- Monitor inventories (stock levels and shelf life) and place daily, weekly, and monthly supply orders. \- Supervise proper use of utensils, equipment, and materials; report malfunctions and manage replacements. \- Train new staff and support their learning process. \- Conduct weekly team meetings to align objectives and track production performance indicators (KPIs). \- Support new product development in collaboration with the Innovation Department. Requirements \- Technical education in pastry, gastronomy, restaurant management, or related fields. \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \- Basic Excel proficiency. \- Minimum experience: 1 year as Production Supervisor in cafés or bakeries. \- Competencies: proactivity, planning, effective communication, conflict management, and team leadership.
