Job Description Mission: Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, actively participating in personnel administration, training, workplace climate, and internal communication processes—contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives while gaining practical experience in talent management. Candidate Requirements ACCIONA, through its Infrastructure division, is seeking a Professional Intern for its Organization, Talent, and Health team. Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support in personnel management (personnel files, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, database updates). * Assist in implementing induction, training, and development programs. * Support activities related to workplace climate, employee well-being, and organizational culture. * Assist in preparing and updating HR reports and metrics. Requirements: * Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields. * Interest in professional development within the Human Resources field.
