Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to ensure traceable, compliant, and timely execution of foundations in transmission line and substation projects, by supervising and controlling field quality. They are responsible for managing and communicating sustainability within the organization, as well as toward shareholders, investors, and service/product consumers. Activities include: raising organizational awareness on the importance of sustainability; preparing reports required by the company and stakeholders; communicating and promoting the organization’s sustainability initiatives to consumers; planning sustainability and environmental strategy while generating indicators for monitoring; reporting on corporate progress and established indicators; engaging with stakeholders to communicate and implement further actions toward achieving organizational sustainability. **Candidate Requirements** At **ACCIONA**, for its **INDUSTRIAL** business, we require hiring a **QUALITY SUPERVISOR** for a transmission line and substation project, with the project office located in **Sicuani, Cusco**: **Mission:** * Supervise and control field quality of activities related to excavations, foundations, and concrete, verifying soil conditions encountered at each location, their correspondence with design information, and compliance with applicable technical and quality requirements, to ensure traceable, compliant, and timely foundation execution. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise field activities related to excavation, foundation preparation, reinforcement installation, concrete pouring, and curing at project towers. * Verify and identify soil or material conditions found at each foundation point, comparing them with available geotechnical data, drawings, and design criteria. * Systematically and traceably record field findings related to soil type, presence of rock, water, loose material, or other conditions potentially affecting foundation execution. * Promptly inform Construction, Technical Office, and Engineering of deviations or unforeseen conditions encountered during excavation when technical review or solution adjustment may be required. * Supervise compliance with quality procedures applicable to excavations, foundations, and concrete works. * Verify that materials used in foundations comply with project technical specifications and quality requirements. * Control field quality aspects related to concrete, including delivery, sampling, specimen collection, pouring, curing, and associated records. * Review and complete quality forms, protocols, checklists, and records related to soils, excavations, foundations, and concrete. * Coordinate with laboratory, construction, and quality teams to execute necessary tests and controls ensuring work compliance. * Participate in the release of excavations, foundations, and concrete pours, verifying required conditions are met before proceeding to the next activity. * Track resolution of quality observations related to soils, excavations, foundations, and concrete. * Maintain up-to-date quality and traceability records per tower, including field reports, photographs, test results, and protocols. * Provide technical support for compiling the quality dossier regarding foundations, soils, and concrete. * Periodically report on the quality status of works under supervision, as well as relevant risks, deviations, and pending issues. **Required Profile** **Academic Qualification / Certification / Experience:** * Certified Civil Engineer, Geologist, Geotechnical Engineer, Materials Engineer, or related discipline. * Mandatory additional training in geotechnics, concrete technology, or field quality control. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. **Additional Knowledge:** * Knowledge of construction processes for tower foundations. * Visual and descriptive identification of soil types and excavation conditions * in the field. * Advanced knowledge of geotechnics applied to foundations. * Quality control of excavations, foundations, and concrete. * Sampling, testing, and field concrete control. * Reading and interpretation of drawings, technical specifications, and geotechnical studies. * Handling of quality protocols, records, and dossiers. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
