ACCIONA is seeking a radio operator and data entry clerk to manage work orders, coordinate field crews, and document activities in the SGIOC system for water corrective maintenance services.

**Job Description**
Mission:
Perform basic administrative tasks and computerized processing of documentation related to one’s unit/department, following instructions from one’s supervisor, in order to meet internal client needs.
**Candidate Requirements**
ACCIONA Water is seeking a radio operator \- data entry clerk for its corrective maintenance service.
Responsibilities:
* Receive and register work orders issued and recorded by SEDAPAL in the SGIOC system.
* Coordinate with Resident Engineers and Supervisors regarding scheduling of work orders issued by SEDAPAL.
* Review the SGIOC system and directly communicate work orders to field crews after coordination with engineers; update work orders in SGIOC to “In Progress” status.
* Upon completion of work orders in the field, update them in SGIOC with the status “Completed”.
* Monitor and control the status of assignments given to various field crews, immediately reporting any irregularities to the Resident Engineer responsible for the activity.
* Register and/or enter into the system the dismantling reports generated by field crews for subsequent collection.
* Register and/or enter into the system the pavement reinstatement reports for execution.
* Enter and process incoming work orders into the SGIOC system when required by the relevant department.
* Schedule complementary activities, such as asphalt patching.
* Archive and control all daily reports from all departments (Distribution, Collection, and Connections).
* Register in the system the locations designated for dismantling and pole collection.
* Report emergencies to the Coordinating Engineer, Resident Engineer, and SEDAPAL for appropriate corrective actions.
* Immediately report any occupational hazard or accident; use PPE and work equipment correctly; ensure personal and others’ safety and well-being; and participate in company-provided trainings and scheduled activities.
Requirements:
* Technical diploma or degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in this position.
* Experience using the SGIOC system (preferred).
