Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** * Maximize technical availability and reliability of assets on the plant production lines. Lead, promote, and incorporate analytical problem-solving techniques to maximize overall asset efficiency; organize and direct the maintenance department to ensure uninterrupted production through preventive/corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment. * Manage control of utility services usage to ensure optimal utilization in production. ### **Your Impact** As a **Reliability Engineer**, you will be responsible for leading the plant asset reliability strategy, ensuring failure reduction and continuous equipment improvement. * Lead failure analysis and root cause analysis (RCA, APS, MIR), ensuring proper execution of actions and preventing recurrence. * Integrate reliability into the maintenance strategy, reducing unplanned downtime and repetitive failures. * Manage predictive maintenance programs (Condition Monitoring & Lubrication) to increase technical availability. * Analyze data in CMMS systems, identifying opportunities via Pareto analysis, cost analysis, and “hot spots”. * Ensure optimization of maintenance plans (preventive and corrective), promoting efficiency and cost control. * Implement and expand RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) methodologies on critical equipment. * Collaborate with maintenance and manufacturing to strengthen operational excellence and a preventive culture. * Support audits (PEMM) and ensure tracking of reliability KPIs in projects and operations. Qualifications: **Who We’re Looking For** * Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer. * 2–3 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies. * Green Belt Six Sigma / RCA knowledge is preferred. * Certifications in RCM / Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). * 2–3 years of experience in management or direct supervision. * Experience in project management and planning. * Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, CMMS, and Project. * Experience with CMMS, written reporting, and data interpretation.
