You will coordinate initiatives and projects as Innovation PMO, promoting a creative culture through programs, workshops, training sessions, and partnerships with universities and startups. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will work with multidisciplinary teams, connecting talent and knowledge to generate impact. You will contribute to strengthening an innovation culture, driving solutions that improve processes and create value. WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? Bachelor's degree with 7 to 10 years of experience in innovation, continuous improvement, or operational excellence. Creative thinking and analytical ability to generate original solutions to complex challenges. Advanced project management skills and in-depth knowledge of innovation and continuous improvement methodologies (Design Thinking, Scrum, Agile, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma). Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead workshops and ideation sessions with diverse teams. Proficiency in digital collaboration and idea management tools (Innlab, Miro, Mural, Trello, Jira, or similar).
