**Job Description**
Mission:
Perform basic administrative tasks and computerized processing of documentation related to your unit/department, following instructions provided by your supervisor, to meet the needs of your internal client.
**Candidate Requirements**
ACCIONA, within its WATER business, is seeking a Technical Support Assistant meeting the following profile:
Responsibilities:
* Enter work orders into Sedapal’s Management System (Valuation).
* Perform Valuation charges to submit information to Sedapal.
* Prepare daily Valuation vs. Contractual Target progress reports.
* Prepare the monthly Valuation report physically and virtually, in accordance with contractual terms and established parameters.
* Prepare weekly pending work reports for each engineer.
* Coordinate with Sedapal for issuance of the monthly invoice.
* Coordinate with ACCIONA’s Accounting department for issuance of the monthly invoice.
* Prepare the monthly activities and statistics report—the Technical Report—in accordance with contractual terms and established parameters.
* Monitor and report accumulated valuations and calculate contractual targets for engineers, coordinators, and management.
* Consolidate projections and report results to the coordinator and management.
* Monitor and support delivery of telecommunications equipment, computers, and printers, coordinating with TIC and the printer supplier.
* Sign the staff termination form on behalf of the TIC department.
* Provide support, if required, in implementing or improving the Gota GIA Project.
* Daily consolidate works for payment of municipal permits (GMU).
* Report printing indicators (color and black-and-white copies and prints) for expense control.
* Provide support to all personnel regarding passwords, access, internet, hardware, and software, coordinated with TIC.
* Determine the number of work orders to be billed under first and second price adjustments, and perform valuations incorporating both price adjustments.
* Conduct prior coordination with the client to determine amounts for additional and complementary items, if required, subject to prior approval by the coordinating engineer.
Requirements:
* Completed technical or university degree in computing and informatics, systems engineering, or administration.
* Over one year of experience in this position or similar roles.
* MS Office – Advanced
* Knowledge of information analysis, administration, and control.
