Job Summary: We are seeking a developer with expertise in advanced Excel and data automation to optimize product and sales management across marketplaces using automated solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Development of tools for product bundling and template export We are looking for a **developer experienced in advanced Excel and data automation (Python is desirable)** to build a solution that automates our current workflow based on **Excel templates used to manage catalog, product listings, and sales tracking on marketplaces such as Falabella**. Our current functional workflow handles approximately **600–700 products**, but many tasks are performed manually, and we aim to automate them to scale the business. Our current system includes **Excel templates that calculate prices, generate product listing information, and support sales and profitability tracking**, yet they require manual data entry. The project objective is to **automate this workflow to reduce hours of manual work into processes executable with just a few clicks**. **What we need to automate:** * Automated extraction of supplier data (product code, product name, price, stock) by specific categories. * Automatic population of our **master pricing and margin calculation table**, currently completed manually. * Automatic generation of **marketplace upload and update templates (price, stock, product status, creation of new products)**. * Automation of our **sales tracking templates**, currently used to record orders and calculate profitability. * Development of tools enabling **generation of multiple product combinations (e.g., computer configurations)** from catalogs exported from our internal system. * Automatic export of ready-to-upload marketplace templates. We seek a solution preferably built **on automated Excel and/or Python scripts**, optimizing our existing workflow without completely replacing the working system we already use. The goal is to transform manual processes—currently taking several hours—into rapid, automated ones. Project budget and scope will be defined following a technical evaluation with the candidate.
