We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Review and validate hydrology and hydraulics studies developed by the project’s external engineering team. * Technically coordinate with the design consultant to resolve comments and ensure compatibility with other disciplines. * Evaluate hydraulic solutions related to scour, abutment and pier protection, channelization, and riverbank defenses. * Review the hydraulic design of surface drainage, structures, and stormwater discharge for the road project. * Participate in the review of hydraulic modeling and design flow rates. * Prepare technical reports and hydraulic justifications for supervision bodies and authorities. * Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing site queries (RFIs), engineering optimizations, or adjustments related to hydraulics. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Specialization or experience in hydrology and hydraulics applied to road infrastructure or bridges. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in hydraulic engineering studies or reviews. * Experience in projects involving rivers, bridges, or channelization (desirable). * Proficiency in hydraulic modeling tools (desirable: HEC\-RAS, HEC\-HMS or others). * Experience reviewing technical documentation or coordinating with engineering consultants.
