This is how we develop mining—always aligned with change, supported by committed, inspired, and continuously developing people. **Join Nexa and be part of the mining industry that moves with the world!** **\#womenintalentmining** **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Design and implement the social management plan, conflict management, and stakeholder engagement strategy, including updated stakeholder mapping. * Manage the matrix of social commitments established in environmental management instruments (IGAs) and those voluntarily adopted with stakeholders, ensuring compliance. * Propose, lead, and monitor the Unit’s social responsibility projects, ensuring achievement of targets, indicators, and budgetary goals. * Design and implement the corporate volunteering plan. * Execute annual volunteering activities. * Manage the department’s budget. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professional degree in Business Administration, Law, Industrial Relations, Sociology, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Social Management within mining companies. Experience leading teams. * Experience in citizen participation within environmental management instruments. * Specialization in Negotiation or Conflict Resolution. * Master’s degree in Social Management or related field is desirable. * Knowledge of Quechua, English, and/or Portuguese is desirable. **Additional Information** * Mining Unit: El Porvenir and Atacocha (Pasco Complex) * Work Schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off At NEXA, we operate in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
