Maintaining quality standards in the work area We are currently looking for the best candidate for the **kitchen department** of our **"Narea" hotel**, located in the San Bartolo district. **Job Description:** Prepare daily dishes based on received orders Prepare food for room service, menu, and restaurant Ensure proper portioning of ingredients used for food preparation Plate individual dishes and trays Coordinate ingredient requisitions Check ingredient stock levels Maintain quality standards in the work area Conduct general inventory as per established schedule **Requirements:** Technical studies in gastronomy Minimum 1 year of experience in hotels or restaurants Knowledge of fast food, traditional breakfasts and lunches, both Creole and seafood-based.
