Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor from the hospitality industry to lead teams, ensure high quality standards, and maintain facilities, with solid leadership and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of best practices and cleaning procedures ***PROFILE:*** * Demonstrated work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality sector. * In-depth knowledge of best practices, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices. * Academic qualification in hospitality or related field is required. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and task assignment. * Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard of quality. * Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols. * Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets established standards. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including submitting requisitions for replenishment. * Address guest complaints related to housekeeping services. * Handle maintenance issues and report them to the maintenance department. * Supervise and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. * Collaborate with other departments to maintain facilities at a high standard, among other duties. ***BENEFITS:*** * Free lunch * Flexible working hours * Positive work environment * Career development path Contact us at +51 913 139 185 or send your CV to recursoshumanos@hotelhaciendalimanorte.com Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
