Job Summary: We are seeking a Waiter for restaurants in Miraflores with experience in service, suggestive selling, and customer service for a well-known group. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the dining area WAITER We are a well-known restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the Waiter position at our restaurants located in the Miraflores district. Main Functions and Responsibilities Provide warm and empathetic customer service, as well as handle complaints and/or issues that may arise in the dining area. Develop suggestive sales of our products. Handle customer complaints and suggestions. Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, dining room furniture, and tableware. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Profile Requirements Education: Technical or university education preferred. Knowledge: Computer tools (MS Office, Internet, Windows) at user level. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of prior experience as a waiter or hostess in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments. Skills: Customer service orientation, results-oriented mindset, problem-solving ability, and ability to work under pressure. Working Hours: Full-time schedule; split shifts. Immediate availability. Knowledge of meat cutting and wine. Proven service expertise. Experience in steakhouse service. * Must be over 35 years old Benefits Formal employment registration (MYPE regime).
