Key Responsibilities * Oversee the overall operations of outlets. * Lead and develop store managers and operational teams. * Monitor costs, inventory, shrinkage, and productivity. * Ensure service, quality, and food safety standards. * Analyze sales, management KPIs, and profitability. * Implement operational improvement and efficiency plans. Required Profile * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in café chains, restaurants, hotels, or premium foodservice concepts. * Proficiency in operational and financial metrics. * Leadership, analytical capability, and results orientation. * Availability to supervise multiple outlets simultaneously.
