Requirements * Experience as a roaster, rotisserie cook, or in similar positions. * Knowledge of chicken roasting and oven operation. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Service orientation, responsibility, and teamwork. Responsibilities * Prepare and roast chickens in compliance with company quality standards. * Monitor cooking times and temperatures. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. * Support tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
