Job Summary: A maintenance professional responsible for inspecting equipment and hotel areas, performing preventive maintenance and repairs, with knowledge in electricity, masonry, plumbing, and painting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs preventive maintenance and handles repair orders. 2. Inspects equipment and assigned hotel areas. 3. Knowledge in electricity, masonry, plumbing, and painting. CORE COMPETENCIES Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of electricity. Intermediate knowledge of electricity, masonry, plumbing, and painting. \- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- Day off: Wednesday or Sunday (subject to company requirements) JOB DESCRIPTION \- Inspects assigned hotel equipment and areas. \- Performs preventive maintenance tasks. \- Executes assigned repair orders according to the established schedule. \- Other duties and responsibilities inherent to the position.
