Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Assistant and Driver with experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and goods dispatch, responsible for monitoring and transportation. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of goods receipt, dispatch, and inventory 2. Preparation and distribution of goods to provinces 3. Maintenance of warehouse order and stock control **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **DISPATCH ASSISTANT \- DRIVER** Requirements: * Experience in goods receipt, dispatch, and inventory management * Experience driving small trucks. * Gender: Male * A1 Driver's License * Flexible working hours **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, and monitor the optimal flow of assigned goods receipt and dispatch. * Record product entry and exit from the warehouse. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and minimum stock level control. * Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts and report shortages or surpluses to the immediate supervisor. * Prepare goods for packaging and distribution to provinces. * Perform operational tasks within the warehouse and dispatch department. * Monitor order preparation and subsequent loading onto transport vehicles.
