Comprehensive management of supplies and suppliers. **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Arequipa - Umacollo **Schedule:** Full-time Job Description We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant** for a food concession, who will be responsible for supporting the control and management of supplies, ensuring timely replenishment to guarantee proper operation of the food service. Main Responsibilities * Monitor the receipt and dispatch of supplies, food, and materials. * Verify supply orders according to operational requirements. * Monitor order lead times and restocking of critical supplies, especially gas. * Prepare weekly and monthly supply requisitions. * Calculate orders for meat products, groceries, vegetables, and other supplies. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. * Manage and track supplier invoice payments. * Maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records. * Report stockouts, losses, or consumption variations. Requirements * Technical or university studies in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles (preferably within food concessions or the food industry). * Knowledge of inventory control and supplier management. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
