




Job Summary: An Administrative Assistant is required to support payment processing, merchandise entry into the system, issuance of logistics documents, document organization, as well as sales and marketing activities. Administrative Assistant position required Main Requirements: \-Bachelor's degree in Administration, Archival Science, Logistics, or related fields. \-Minimum 6 months of experience (mandatory). \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). \-Organized, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn. \-Willingness to work in a warehouse (office located inside the plant) and to work overtime when necessary. Responsibilities: \-Administrative control of payments to operational staff. \-Entry of merchandise into the system. \-Assistance in issuing shipping guides and other logistics documents. \-Classification and physical/digital archiving of administrative and accounting documents. Sales and marketing support \-Organization of folders and internal information management. \-General daily support for warehouse and administration department tasks.
