Description

Position Summary: Coordinate and control the entry and exit of units, manage maintenance, inventory, and spare parts in the workshop. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of units and workshop maintenance. 2. Inventory control of spare parts and consumables. 3. Coordination with maintenance and operations teams. **Responsibilities:** \* Register unit entry and exit to the workshop. \* Track preventive and corrective maintenance. \* Manage work orders. \* Control spare parts, tires, oils, and consumables. \* Maintain physical inventory and system/Excel records. \* Record warehouse receipts and shipments. \* Conduct weekly and monthly inventories. \* Alert minimum stock levels and procurement needs. \* Support unit/license plate expense reporting. \* Coordinate with maintenance and operations. Requirements: \* Experience in workshops, warehouses, or transportation fleets. \* Knowledge of truck spare parts is desirable. \* Organized, responsible, and discerning. \* Availability to work in Chilca.
