LA FLORESTA DE PRO COMPANY: LA CHULA MEZCAL RESTAURANTE / RESTOBAR We are currently looking for an Audit Assistant to support the company’s internal control, process reviews, incident tracking, and validation of administrative and operational information. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and control daily sales, cash handling, and daily closings. * Review internal documentation. * Prepare payroll records. * Review expenses, cash, and supporting documents. * Assist with cash reconciliation and validation of information. * Manage kitchen and bar inventory control (kardex). * Track shortages and monitor incidents. * Manage tableware and warehouse stock control. * Review and monitor procurement activities. * Prepare reports and communicate with suppliers. * Verify compliance with internal procedures, among others. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in auditing, administration, internal control, or similar roles. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate level). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Responsible, committed, and able to work effectively in a team. * Ability to identify counterfeit banknotes.
