We are currently looking for a: **Management Control Assistant – Chao\|**
**Your impact on our team:**
Provide support in managing, updating, and analyzing agricultural operations data—primarily related to harvesting—to contribute to monitoring indicators, costs, and budget.
### **Responsibilities**
* Download, consolidate, and maintain updated databases from SIAT Pro, ensuring data reliability and timeliness.
* Update and monitor harvest indicators, such as cost per kilogram, kilograms per workday, kilograms per hectare, yield, and progress.
* Prepare cost and indicator reports to facilitate monitoring and decision-making within the department.
* Support calculations and distribution of bonuses linked to harvesting activities.
* Assist in preparing and monitoring the budget, identifying potential deviations and promptly alerting the team.
* Support control of purchased materials versus budgeted amounts and perform warehouse queries in SAP.
* Coordinate activities and guidelines with other assistants in the department, ensuring continuity and coverage of tasks.
* Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to optimizing costs, resources, and efficiencies.
* Respond to information requests related to harvesting, agricultural services, and other departmental operations.
* Comply with the Integrated Management System and Anti-Bribery Management System guidelines.
### **Requirements**
* Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in administrative areas linked to agricultural operations.
* At least 6 months of experience in harvesting, agricultural services, agricultural operations, management control, or information handling.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency — mandatory.
* Knowledge of costs and budgets — desirable.
* SAP (MM module) experience — desirable.
* Basic English — desirable.
* **Location:** Chao.
* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday and some Saturdays according to operational needs, primarily during month-end closings and high-demand campaigns.
