We are looking for a committed, responsible, and motivated individual eager to join our team in a pleasant work environment offering growth opportunities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in garment preparation. * Experience in thread trimming, inspection, and finishing. * Experience in garment ironing. * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Willingness to work collaboratively. * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Availability for full-time employment. * Residence in Breña or nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Garment preparation and inspection. * Thread trimming and finishing control. * Ironing and garment preparation. * Support in quality control. * Order picking and packing. * Support in shipping and merchandise distribution. * Maintaining workplace organization. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Monday-to-Friday employment (no Saturday work). * Overtime pay. * Salary commensurate with experience and evaluation. * Productivity incentives. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for career growth within the company.
