JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for conducting physical counts and recording assets and inventory during inventory sessions, verifying correct identification, labeling, and tagging of items, as well as promptly reporting shortages, overages, and discrepancies found, in accordance with established procedures and instructions from the Inventory Consultant/Supervisor. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct physical counts of assets and inventory. * Accurately record and verify information regarding inventoried items. * Perform labeling and tagging of items during inventory taking. * Identify and report shortages, overages, and discrepancies found. * Comply with established procedures and guidelines for inventory execution. * Properly use assigned equipment, devices, and tools. * Record inventory information using Pocket or other assigned devices. * Maintain order and care of provided equipment and materials. * Promptly inform the Consultant/Supervisor of incidents or situations that may affect inventory progress. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Perform other inventory-related duties assigned by the Consultant/Supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education (technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics (preferred). * Basic Excel and digital tool proficiency. * Basic Pocket device proficiency (preferred). * High level of responsibility, punctuality, teamwork, and attention to detail.
